Outreach Pastor

I would love to hear from you! Send me an email or message anytime and I'll respond as soon as I'm able.

My Story

I grew up in a home where Jesus’s name was preached with love and joy. When I was sixteen I went on a mission’s trip to Guatemala. I knew that I was meant to preach Jesus’s name around the world. In my early twenties, I exchanged that calling and chose instead to serve and make a name for myself with pride and ambition. Through the grace of both my earthly and heavenly fathers, I found my way back to the name of Jesus. I have loved him with my life and preached his name since January of 2007. My husband Mickey and I were married the following month. We have three wonderful daughters.

In 2014 we sensed God’s calling to dive deeper into faith and leadership within the Body of Christ. We visited a few other churches but felt Overflow (then South Brandon) was our home. I began a women’s small group where we dreamed of loving out loud in big ways. Several of us felt called to take a trip to Haiti. It was during that trip that our then Missions Pastor, Ken Ackerman, asked if we felt the Lord calling us to take his position, planning to retire. We accepted with great anticipation and have been serving in that capacity since 2017.

My Hope for Overflow Church

I am so eager to see Overflow Church pouring out from the building and changing the community, city, region, nation and world in which we live. The Lord calls us to go and preach the Gospel. We preach from where we dwell to where we live. As we continue to dwell with the Lord, we will be moved to invite others to Him.
