Clear, consistent practices that help every ministry serve people well as we grow.
Why This Matters
Good order serves good ministry
A healthy church writes down how it operates. Clear policies and procedures protect the people we serve, free our volunteers to lead with confidence, and steward what God has entrusted to us with integrity.
Below is a directory of our policies and procedures, organized by the areas of church life that reflect how Overflow is built. Each one is reviewed regularly by ministry leadership so that what we practice on a Sunday matches what we promise.
